Priceless party rentals

Review: We reserved a specific bounce house for my sons 6th birthday so when they showed at the agreed upon time and set up the bounce house it was already the wrong one. The two men left after sweeping the whole inside outside so my 6 year old goes in. He was super excited to use the slide and when he went to do so he almost fell into the center of the bounce house because it had a huge slit hole in it! How their guy missed it upon sweeping is beyond me! It took over two hour for them to even bring a replacement after we were already an hour into the party! I asked the guy is there is a discount o partial refund since they have you pay upon delivery, he stated I'd need to talk to the boss but he is in Mexico. He had. Hard time understanding me being he said his English wasn't good. It took forever for me to get in contact with the boss, he wouldn't return calls or messages at all! In the meantime I left a negative review because I didn't want anyone else's kids to be traumatized and felt I'd write another review once he handled it. Well he agreed verbally finally on the phone to send me a 60 dollar refund check (march 12th) still didn't receive so I inquired and they are now shocked I'd want a refund after a negative review! Also upon pickup his men agreed to be at my house at 4:30-5 and after that passed I tried calling asking where they were never got a response so I told them this was very unprofessional so at 7:05 pm they showed up to remove the bounce house!Desired Settlement: The 60 dollars he verbally agreed to, even though the bounce house cost me 100 I feel we still used the bounce house for a little while.
