Priceless Car and Truck Rental

On February 3rd, 2020, I used my *** Rewards CC ending in #*** to prepay for a car rental using ***.com with Priceless Car Rental in the amount of $117.99. The reservation # *** was to be picked up from and dropped off at Burbank Airport in California from 3/12/20 at 2 pm to 3/16/20 at 2pm. Due to bad weather conditions, my flight #*** with *** on 3/12/20 was rerouted to Long Beach Airport in California instead of Burbank. Because of this I was unable to pick up my rental at Priceless Car Rental in Burbank at 2 pm. As soon as I landed and was able, I contacted Priceless to notify them of my situation and let them know I would not be able to pick up the rental until after 4 pm. The man I spoke with was very rude and replied that he could not hold the vehicle for more than 30 mins. When I asked him how they could take my money and not hold my rental, he stated Priceless had not received any payment meanwhile when I checked my credit card statement, the charge for the rental was received by PRICELESS LAUREL MD. When I called him back, he put me on hold and then hung up. I contacted ***.com and they stated they would escalate my case to try to get my money back but could not help me at the time with the rental. Because of this, I had to pay for another car rental at Long Beach Airport to drive to Burbank since it was expensive to get a rental last minute at Burbank and Priceless refused to hold a rental they took my money for. They claim I was a no show and that I did not contact them about this situation, nor did I contact ***.com, but I have proof of telephone records of my calls to both Priceless Car Rental numbers listed on all paper work and emails on 3/13/20 & 4/9/20 from ***.com noting that they were notified of what happened on 3/12/20 as well as a chat on 4/10/20 with a representative from ***.com regarding this case being escalated due to Priceless refusing to refund my money for a rental they did not give me.
