Aug 23/Purchased wedding dress for $paid in full
Feb 6/Went for fitting consultant got blood on my dress in two spots*** (owner) bleached my dress with a tide pen, she couldn't get it out and kept the dress to send to her seamstressThen was suppose to cover blood spot with beadingShe never called me back
Mar 12/I called her again about the blood spotsI said I had spoke to different bridal shops and not one of them would use a tide penIt would leave a ring around the spot after being steamedShe was very rude and said it was fine they did not send my dress out she just bleached it againI asked about the applet that came loose while she was pulling on itShe said she cut it and stitched itI told her I was not happy, I purchased and paid for a brand new dress and don't want someone's DNA on it
Stacy said she would steam it "now" and video it, then send it to me on my email(I never received this) She was then going to send my dress to North
