The business has responded Please see below:buyer purchased an axle for a warranty on a previous purchasebuyer returned a defective axle back to us for a refund that was not our itemitem returned was a different brand and refund was not issued because buyer was required to return the item
that was purchased from us, not any random def axle

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The car part manufacturer is claiming cause of the break in the part to be the fault of the car when it was not the car Break was due to a break in the welding of the part There is no blue coloring on the part which clearly yields an overheating as well as the screens being in tact I have sent over pictures to prove that as said before Thank you***

The business has responded Please see below:Our warranty policy clearly states that before buying a converter buyer must be aware that catalytic converters are designed to last the life of a vehicleif a converter needs to be replaced it is due to an emissions error/problem in engine tuning
This must be corrected before mechanic installs new converterBuyer was giving a copy of our warranty policy and it states that " converters with "Blue-ing" shell are not covered by warranty" All warranty information was provided at the time of purchase on our websiteHis converter failure was due to initial emission error and this voids the warrantyPlease refer to our Warranty Policy on our website for more information

The business has responded.  Please see below:Our policy clearly states that "before buying a converter buyer must be aware that converters are designed to last the life of the vehicle. If your converter needs to be replaced it is due to an emissions error/problem in your engine tuning and this must be corrected before the new converter is installed" The buyer was given our warranty policy when she purchased the item and it is also posted on our website. A discolored or blue shell is a sign of excessive heat and these conditions are not covered by warranty.

We have already responded to the complainant directly and taken care of this issue.   We submit bids/quotations to customers daily and we stick by the bid even when we have to go over on estimated hours.   Essentially what this client has done is told us that he did not like how...

efficient our crew was.  We found a way to not have to cut extra holes in his walls and ceiling and to efficiently complete this job.   We are not responsible for repainting or patching walls after we have done our electrical work; the client is responsible for this.   We SAVED this client money and we completed the electrical work to his satisfaction!  Yet, he comes back to us asking us for a discount?  Would he have paid us extra money had we gone over the estimated hours?  The answer is a resounding NO!The client signed our bid for the work proposed and we completed the work to his satisfaction.WE ARE REQUESTING THAT THE Revdex.com REMOVE THIS COMPLAINT FROM OUR RECORD.  WE DON'T WANT OTHER CUSTOMERS TO THINK THAT THEY CAN HOLD US HOSTAGE BY COMPLAINING TO THE Revdex.com FOR A REDUCTION IN PRICE BECAUSE OF OUR EFFICIENCY ON SOME OF OUR JOBS.  AS I MENTIONED BEFORE WE DON'T ALWAYS COMPLETE OUR JOBS WITHIN THE ESTIMATED HOURS BUT WE NEVER GO BACK TO A CUSTOMER ASKING FOR MORE MONEY.
