Price team lending is amazing! I needed to close on a very difficult property in Phoenix and one of the larger lending companies in Phoenix told me that they were unable to help me closeSo they referred me to Price Team Lending because they had heard that she was known for being able to close difficult propertiesOther lending companies told me that I should forget about the property I was trying to close on but Donna at Price Team Lending told me from the very beginning don't worry we will get this doneShe was aggressive and attentive and thorough and above all super friendly and understandingThere is way more work then we can imagine that it takes to close on average propertiesBut for her to be able to close on the difficult property that I was trying to acquire is very impressive and she made it look easy! Thank you so much Donna! you are amazingand kudos to your team they deserve recognition as well!

Price Team Lending was able to get me a house no problems!!! I was turned down by every major bank when a relative of the a member of the team gave me the infoI did exactly what Donna P*** told me to do and as soon as the necessary time frame elapsed, she got me approved! Within a couple of months I was moving into my first house, which has changed my life for the better in so many ways, I couldn't list them all hereI am forever grateful to PTL!!!
