Absolutely horrible! Brought car in for transmission rebuild and promised only a few days without my carAfter weeks of no one answer phones and repeat visits to the shop (all different hours and days and no one was there) we didn't get out car back for almost a month! Few weeks later transmission problems againAnother week + at the shopNow a THIRD TIME and it's been over weeks after being promised daysNever able to reach the owner (Rich) while someone else (Bob, whom claims he doesnt even work for Rich, that he is just helping outLIAR!) answers the phone and lies about what's happeningStill waiting on my vehicle as we speakDon't do this to yourself! Avoid these people!! Transmission rebuilds in less than a year from a company saying they specialize in transmissions for over yearsThat's unheard of!
