Mr. S. accepted my order for $149.85 toilet paper free shipping. 2 days later texted me and tried to charge shipping and never refunded me .pr
price point order *** for$149.85. Sent me invoice for $ 149.85 billed Bank Of america, 2 days later, sent text saying: website made a mistake, he had the product but if I wanted it , He was charging me shipping. I asked for a refund and he never refunded the money or sent the product. He sent me a text saying the money was refunded, Bank of America has not received any refund. Very sad that a business would rip someone off considering what we are all going through, I am a disabled senior. Thanks

12/17/17 placed order via online site for pricepointsupplies.com for pillows product # *** cost of 80.28 & confirmation #3833 for Customer #1981.Paid with Paypal transaction number *** . No receipt of product. Have emailed 2 contacts ***@pricepointop.com, ***@pricepointop.com and called number on website XXX-XXX-XXXX which answered as a nursing home and called a google search number XXX-XX-XXXX that goes to a generic sounding voicemail. None of these contacts have called me back.
