I purchased a refrigerator that just did not work properly. They tried to repair 3 times. Frustrated I ask my appliance tech to check it out and he said it was not worth fixing to replace it. I tried calling the store several times and the owner nor his staff is responding to my calls. The warranty is worthless and so is the service. Will never do business or recommend this company again!

Since I am a Realtor with 1200 other agents I work with, I will also recommend that they avoid this company and save their clients a headache.

The manager and possible owner of this establishment bullied my entire family.. Chased us through traffic in his red truck and said "Go [redacted]!" to me, with my 5 elementary school aged children in the car,, He got into my husbands face and tried to provoke him to physically fight him.. All of this was because I wrote a negative review on Facebook.. He said that was why.. I wrote the original negative review because they "repaired" our washing machine that we brought in on Saturday, 8/16, once we loaded it, drove home 45 minutes away then unloaded it, brought it in and hooked it up, it still didn't work and was now smoking.. They apologized, said that there was an employee working on the machines that they have been having problems with.. So we unhooked, reloaded and drove back down there.. Then they gave us a smaller and cheaper one as a replacement.. I would say after that trouble I was less than satisfied but still glad I would at least be able to do my laundry.. But guess what? After another 45 minute drive home and unloading and hooking up of the cheaper, smaller washer, it as well did not work properly.. It turned on, power came to it.. But that was all.. So we called there again and they said that we could bring it in and exchange yet again.. Well, since this day was not our first repair needed out of the three machines we originally purchased I decided to take to Facebook and share my bad experience.. Well, due to me expressing my opinion, they refused to repair or replace the machine.. Even though they claim that to be their motto and it clearly states in the warranty that is what they will do.. Instead, they cut us a check for $100, THE MANAGER cussed my husband left and right and even cursed one of our friends because they commented on the review I posted.. After we left, THE MANAGER, followed us through traffic in his truck cussing and screaming at us, clearly not even caring about the 5 children, now crying, in the car.. If you choose to do business with this company I strongly recommend video taping every conversation and interaction you have with these people.. Especially management..
