Review: Purchased my current home three months ago. First choice inspection came and inspected my home and said my roof was in good condition along with my gutters. Turns out my roof leaks and my gutters are all leaking too. I examined the spot on my roof where its leaking and it seems that the plywood underneath the shingles is rotten. If the roof would have been inspected properly I wouldn't have bought the house because of repairs.Desired Settlement: Repair to my roof
