remaining water/sewer utilities ($52.75), his March rent charges for March 1st thru the 8th in accordance with his lease ($217.79), and he was also charged for carpet cleaning ($60) and oven cleaning ($70) in accordance with his lease. We mailed his final invoice on March 24, 2015 in the amount of $400.54 to his forwarding address provided.We did receive a call from [redacted] on April 8, 2015 that he wanted to dispute his charges. We provided him the instructions to do so and no dispute was received. Persuant to our policy, his account was sent to third party Collections on June 2, 2015.Based on the documentation in his file and his lease, the charges on the account are valid. PRG Real Estate wouldn't ask the collections agency to remove the charges from the credit report as they are valid and due.Thank you,Heather M. Office Manager

The CEO, Samuel C. F[redacted], told us he is NOT interested in customer service. Instead of resolving issues he laughs and uses scarcasm towards customers. PRG chooses to advanced themselves instead of showing interest for customer concerns. If they were a public company they wouldn't last long.
