Great system preview studio. Very friendly and easy to work with when purchasing the system or product. 100% transaction/contract completion. Once installed, the follow up interactions were NOT what I expected. Calls NOT returned, and you can not get return calls when you leave a phone message or leave a message with the business operator. Once the product is installed, you are one your own (unless there is a MAJOR ISSUE) They did come back out and correct some install wiring neatness issues and celling speaker install problems. I attempted to purchase a high end remote controller after the system purchase and install due to the complexity of the number of controllers needed to control my sound system. After NUMEROUS calls and promised returned calls, CRICKETS. I ended up finding my own controller.
