complaint for the company prettyrobes.com. They refused to work with my for a few days even after telling them I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com but after posting a review on a wedding website they have now contacted me to resolve the issue. I am waiting on the product to make sure it is done correctly this time but I was not sure where to make an update that they are now saying they are willing to make it right and work with me.
