Pretty Little Wish

I ordered a couch cover back in January, I still have not received this, I was told due to Chinese New year and coronavirus that it would be delayed, it's been almost 2 months and still no product. I told them multiple times that I no longer wanted this and to refund my money which they have refused to do. I've also filled out a form with my bank to get my money back and they told them that it was delivered, and yet I've never received anything from them. There's never been any tracking info or any updates other than generic canned responses. I refuse this product due to the poor customer service and the length of the wait along with the fact that it is not safe due to being from China. Refund my money asap.

I placed an order from an advertisement on Face Book for a slip cover for my new sofa. I placed the order on 01/06/2020. I paid for the order with my bank credit card which was taken out. I ordered the slip cover from prettylittlewish.com. I have contacted them several times since the order was sent to their manufacturer because I was informed it would take 1-2 weeks to get my order. I actually waited
3-4 weeks to contact them since I was not given a tracking number or expected delivery date. I then informed them that I wanted the order cancelled. They then told me they could not cancel the order because it had to be cancelled within one hour from the time of the order. I have printed out all my e mails to them along with their responses. As of this date, 02/21/2020, I have not received the order.
I filed a dispute with my bank for the amount of $49.05 and have been credited that amount. I did inform pretty little wish that I expect to get a full refund. I was told when I informed them to cancel the order, that I would be charged a
20% restock fee. I don't have the item I ordered and they have not returned my money.
I have posted it on Face Book so people know that this is a scam and DO NOT order anything from them.
I have called the number from the site and got a recorded message. You can't leave a message, you can only contact them through their e-mail address. 'I have printed out all my correspondence and my replies with them.
