They received payment for product and never fulfilled order. They refuse to refund the money they collected from me after multiple requests.

Purchased $100 in product from them in the middle of June they never sent out my prizes, or the product I purchased. And have stolen from me. I have tried to reach out in excess of 20 times and they do not respond as it is their purpose to scam. They are still selling to others daily.

Cindy H and Jeremiah J run a *** business. I watched one of their webcasts in which they sell online game tickets to win merchandise. I purchased a ticket and Cindy replied that the purchase did not go through. She instructed me to do it again and informed me that I would be refunded it if the charge went through more than once. It did go through twice. Jeremiah J refused to refund my overage so I asked him to cancel both charges and keep his merchandise. He refuses to refund anything and claims it was my fault his processor charged me twice. In a later response after I complained he said he would give it back but only if I removed my complaints from his website. I agreed to yet after a month he has still not done so.
