Pretty clever decor charged my credit card for an item I ordered plus shipping and never sent it I have tried to contact them by phone, website, and email with no response whatsoever I believe this is stealing/fraud Now I will call my credit card company to get the charge removed since filing through this site will take too long how can they have an A+ rating on here??? Absurd
I purchased a rug from pretty clever decorWhen it finally arrived it was too small so I sent it back to exchange it for a bigger sizeI emailed them and they said ups would be picking it up on TuesdayTuesday no one showed upI emailed them again and was told to have it out Tuesday againTuesday came and again no one showed upI emailed again and they said to mail it myselfWhen I asked them about shipping cost no one would respondSo I took it to the post office and paid to have it sent backI still received no refundI called and left messages...no responseI emailed and the said they had not received itI sent them the tracking numberThey did not respondI emailed again and I was informed that they were charging me 10% because it was not packaged properly and that if I wanted a bigger size to go online and reorder itI told them to forget itI will never order from them EVER againIt is the worst customer care I've ever received
I placed an order with this company on 12/and my card was charged on 12/as of today 1/I have not received my purchase I have repeatedly tried to call and to email with no responseI guess I will have to try and resolve this through my bank
