I booked appointment on http://[redacted].com/. [redacted] called me to confirm the appointment and told me to go to the[redacted] part to leave $50.00 deposit. The deposit will go twords your hair when you get it styled. I showed up at the address that was provided by [redacted] dr[redacted] tn 38125. It was a apartment complex. I spoke with the [redacted] and told her I did not feel comfortable coming in to a residence to get my hair styled. [redacted] told me She know the information do not disclose it on her website. But goes on to tell me that I would have known that if I had booked off [redacted] or [redacted]. She kept asking me how did I book I told her through this website http://[redacted].com/ I would like my deposit back. I showed up within my time frame. I told her that if I knew she did hair out of her home I would have never made a appointment. Business Response I don't recall this person name or phone number in my records. My website clearly states that if you don't cancel within 48hrs the deposit is non refundable. If This is a issue I am not aware of it. Im willing to give the refund if this is a client. The deposit was paid through[redacted] and you can open up a dispute on the[redacted] site to receive a rufund on the same method of [redacted]ment used to make the deposit. That will verify if this was a true client because all deposits goes through[redacted]. if refund is given I will like this deleted off record.Consumer Response The transaction id for the deposit through [redacted] 1HM870869C5609107 this went through APRIL 14,2014 AT 11:14 am. I have filed a complaint through [redacted] this was there response "Thank you for registering your complaint about this transaction. Unfortunately, this type of transaction is not eligible for [redacted] dispute resolution. We encourage you to continue to work directly with your seller, as we have found that many misunderstandings reach amicable solutions through communication." I would like my deposit back. Final Business Response Its been over the 45days[redacted] will refund the money she can contact me directly for half of refund. I can do that because it states on my website it is non refundable. She knew it before she paid so if she want a refund of half sbe can contact me directly
