I scheduled a hair consultation with the business owner. I then received confirmation of the date and time. Two days prior to the consultation I received a reminder and confirmed that I would be present for the consultation. On the day of the consultation I arrived at the business location approximately 15 mins prior to the scheduled time and sent the business owner a text to let her know that I was present because the door of the business was locked although the business hours are listed as Tuesday-Friday 0930-1800 and Saturday 1000-1700. My consultation was scheduled for a Saturday at 1500. Approximately 15 mins after my scheduled consultation time the business owner still had not arrived and failed to respond when I asked for a refund for the consultation that I prepaid for.
