I bought bottles of Prestone De-Icer recently, which is supposed to be effective to -degrees Fahrenheit, at [redacted] in Warrenton, VAI filled up my completely empty reservoir and the next time I went to spray my windshield, my windshield completely iced over with washer fluid! I think water would have iced less! This was at night, below freezing temps but certainly not anywhere near below 0! I live in Virginia! I’m completely flabbergasted that this made it through quality controlIt was lucky that I had only just left my office and wasn't on a major highwayI had to pull over and sit in a parking lot until my heater warmed up enough to melt my windshield
