infestation of roaches, sanitation plays a major role in helping to eradicate the situationWhen the home is kept unclean and sanitation is extremely poor it plays a major role in the roach infestation dying down or being eradicatedSecondly, when an infestation is as severe as what this customers infestation consisted of one or two treatments does not solve the problem, especially if the environment is poorWe strive to make our customers pleased so we would be willing to service one more service at no additional cost, but due to the severity of the infestation our office highly recommends monthly services for a smaller fee as stated to the customerPlease keep in mind we will be using the same professional industrialized strength chemicals, but when the sanitation is poor you will continue to help the roaches breed ten times faster
