Description:
The consumer paid the supplier for a plumbing job in March. The consumer purchased 3 permits for the
work and the supplier has not completed the work; he only started the job. The consumer has asked that the supplier reimburse the money for services not provided. The supplier refused to pay the consumer and did not provide her with all materials which she paid for.
