Responding to a complaint I received 4-30-18 the buyer *** ***
purchased a Hyundai Elantra vin:*** sold on 3-4-18 I have receipts for the parts that were replaced on the vehicle with certified parts purchased from *** *** *** *** after vehicle was repaired I had a local shop I found online repair the SRS warning light which I have included the invoice below after picking up the vehicle I saw the vehicle had no warning lights and sold the vehicle as is and which buyer being responsible to inspect the vehicle to his/hers fullest desireI was not aware there was any further damage with the vehicle without having the vehicle inspected which is the buyers responsibilities when purchasing a Salvage title vehicle with previous repairs. vehicle was sold with not warranty whatsoever which is implied in the purchase order between me and *** *** and they were aware when they purchased the vehicle that they are buying a salvage title vehicle that was damaged and had repairs done and they are responsible for inspecting the vehicle as they fully desirewe are not responsible for any cost of repairing any defects that presently exist or may occur in the vehicle as stated in the purchase order line As stated in line that I the seller do NOT warrant the fitness of the motor vehicle for any particular use or the merchantability of the vehicle purchased under this contract
