He never reported this to us. When we receive any kind of complaint, it comes directly to me, and I have never heard of this. We also report it directly to our insurance. I will call this Mr. [redacted] and take care of this issue.

I have call logs as proof of my many attempts to contact this company that will show how long our conversations were. Also I STILL have not received a call from a representative of this company to resolve this issue
