Review: I purchased a head stone for my mothers grave site in February 2014 and now it's December 2014 and the head stone is still not installed. They have indicated that the stone took so long first because,they where waiting for the stone, then waiting for the artist to carve the picture, then the delivery of the stone on the truck. Now they cannot get in touch with the truck driver who will deliver the ston. The stone is on the truck for over 4 weeks. The stone is paid in full since March 2014. Now the weather is cold with snow on the ground will not prevent the installation (when it is finally located). this has been the worst experience I have had with the purchase of such an important item. I went to purchase it one month after the death of my mom and expected it to take 4 to 8 weeks. it is now 10 months and the stone is still not installed.Desired Settlement: I would like the stone installed and a partial refund for the cost. Refund of $500.
