Don't rent from this managed realtor
I gave more than a month notice
I moved out before end of month so that they could get rented out before 1st of august
Then my husband was in hospital for days
After returning on tuesday with paint..curtains keys on the last day..the realtor *** let the new tenents get keys
She then socked it to me for shampooing painting..I agreed to more cleaning..but she was cleaning with one person helping her
This on top of signing off that it needed cleaning and checking off each room.with me
She was expecting me to shampoo..and repaint I guess after I brought her the paint when she said she would not charge me for the touch up painting ( if I did)
Very dishonest in the final analysis..she kept all deposits and cleaning deposits were never returned ( as u would use for cleaning and shampooing)

Or prestige realty..they don't appreciate good year tenents who did most maintenance issues on their own...glad I am buying my acreage and won't be victim to the greed of owners out of state Return beware *** * *** **
