Prestige Moving

Review: Move date was 9/** and I thought all was going to be fine with this moving company because my roommate used it and had a fine experience, BUT they lost my air conditioning unit!!!!

After a few days of unpacking, I realized that the A/C unit was missing....When I called the company to let them know, they said I would be contacted by the people who moved my stuff to figure out what happened...nope, no call. Then I called back a few days later and got the same response....still no call back.....I called them again because MY A/C IS STILL MISSING and the company has yet to do anything about it. Not to mention the guy on the phone, Alex, started yelling at me.

After my interaction with this company, my new theory is that they stole my A/C unit (it was really nice) and I would like some sort of explanation and compensation for my A/C unit not being moved from one apartment to the next.

On top of that, I had a number of lamps that were thrown into bags (by the movers) and now they all bent in different ways so I have to thrown them out. The movers have no regard for breakable/fragile items at all and many things were damaged (which I realized after unpacking). Also, the movers blatantly pressured me into tipping more.

This is a shady business and my stuff was stolen. This is not okay.Desired Settlement: You can do one of 2 things

1) Deliver my A/C unit to my current address within 1 week

2) Compensate me $150 for my A/C unit immediately
