We have not only talked to you several times about your concerns, through not only the media department about the radio for which you are receiving complimentary but also about the magnets again which states in that the magnet is only a x that is usually put on a
vehicle which again you were getting complimentary for going in the shopperLike we have stated several times that the only reason we did not go through *** *** because they wanted us to wait three more weeks to get the shoppers out and we did not want to wait so that is why we have distributors of our own that indeed handed them out to more areas than *** *** would of gotten them out to and again stated to you exactly where those places would beWe also talked to you and you agreed that we would put you in the next issue free of charge for you being upset even though we had done nothing wrong whatsoever we like to keep our customers happy! After the conversation with two of our supervisors you were fine with that and never stated you wanted still a refund at that point, if you had we clearly would of given you one without question because our #priority is our customersI do feel again we have made every attempt to make it right with you and we are again not stating any fault for what we have done because again we pride ourselves on our work and even better our customer serviceWe will credit you back your $and you should receive your credit within hoursI will have someone call you first thing on Monday to go over the details of your refund!
