I was told everything was wrapped into the 1400. But it's done and over with it. Just want others to be aware.
Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/07/14) */
I and my staff have worked strenuously & diligently with Ms. [redacted] throughout this transaction. Her attempts to cut corners & save money were never ending, yet I continued to work with her as Prestige's goal is to have happy & satisfied...
customers.
I would also like to state I never did, nor would I ever, threaten Ms. [redacted]'s credit.
I can substantiate my Company's honest and legal position against Ms. [redacted]'s accusations with both written correspondence and voice mails.

I have many text messages through my carrier, the last of which, as I stated, did threaten our credit. It stated that if we did not pay the last billing which we did not agree with that it would affect our future credit. Also, towards the end of our transaction, we had the company doing the work on our driveway and awning call us and tell us that if Mr. [redacted] did not pay the final payment to him he would be forced to place a lien on our new home. We then had to get involved to get the final payment made. I am sure a subpoena could get actual print out records from AT&T of all the texts back and forth with Mr. [redacted] and the other vendors we dealt with throughout this transaction. I might also be able to get a recording of voice calls, including the one Mr. [redacted] had w/ my husband and I telling me to call the lender and tell them that I misunderstood that he was trying to get us to take out a second loan w/ Prestige after I spoke w/ them about this and it became a big issue. There are some wrong practices taking place here and like I said, we were lucky enough to recognize it and not get in too deep, but I'm sure there are many out there who weren't/aren't. I am not going to accept that we just cut corners that's not the case. We stood up for our rights and again, I don't think it's right to charge someone for work done w/out written approval of an estimate of work to be done and that is what was done in this instance. Over and over again, Mr. [redacted] blamed things on other vendors, the lender, etc. but once we contacted those people ourselves, they were always up front and willing to help and get things done and it always ended up being that Prestige/[redacted] wasn't doing what needed to be done on his end. Even at the very end, Mr. [redacted] convinced me that we could move in w/out our awning and driveway completed and only after we had given notice at our rental did we find out that he had known all along that the park we live in does not allow move in until that is completed. He blamed it on the vendors for months and when we called the vendors, they said he was holding everything up. I just don't get how he can honestly try to act as if he was honest throughout this transaction.
