Review: a place the order with prestige emergency lights I didn't receive my order but it was defective so I contacted is the company and I explain to them what's going on so they have me to ship it back to them I never got a refund or the equipment back now they have my money and equipment, I contacted them by phone and email starter out they didn't answer the phone but now they will not answer the phone and all the time to email me if I email them but don't think they're telling me they would check in too it.Desired Settlement: I did everything in the time fashion that they stated to do in and I haven't got nothing but a runaround from them so now I want a refund

Review: Bought Emergency LED blue light for volunteer firemen on 3/**/2013. Promised shipping 5-7 days. Never shipped until 4/** after numerous phone calls. Eventually it was overnighted. Light now defective and not working. Have sent numerous emails with no response. After numerous phone calls, I was promised "supervisor" [redacted] would call back. Still no response. Website states full warranty for two years. I am now being told I must pay for shipping back and IF I want refund, they will take 15% stocking fee. They will not accept returns in person to their shipping address of [redacted]- which I have visited and no where is their name on the building. The address of [redacted] in Brooklyn is a multifamily dwelling- first floor?
I have been unsuccessful and will take legal action if necessary to gain my full refund.Desired Settlement: Want full refund on my credit card along with shipping label from them so they will absorb cost for malfunctioning light.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Prestige Emergency Lights has been resolved.
Prestige Emergency Lights has mailed me a check for 81.94 which is the amount for the light, and the original shipping I had paid. The check has been deposited successfully and no further action will be taken at this time
