Review: I filed for a cancellation of my Tire & Wheel contract protection agreement I purchased through Prestige Lexus of Ramsey,on 06/16/2015.This cancellation was processed by Safe-Guard International LLC,Atlanta,GA,30328 and approved for payment through Prestige Lexus of Ramsey Inc,on 07/16/2015.On 08/17/2015,I contacted then Finance Mgr [redacted],to ascertain the status of my refund [redacted] advised he would have to research my refund and call me back.I called [redacted]on 08/24/2015 and 08/31/2015 after [redacted] repeated lied to me about returning my telephone calls to which his response was we only owe you $88.71 and I do believe we mailed you a check on 07/22/2015,I ask [redacted] to which address this check was supposedly mailed to since I never received the check? [redacted] responded he would have to research and get back to me of course as of this date no responses.Desired Settlement: My $88.71 that is owed to me.
