Why would we pay for some random person to have their lawn cutThere is no contract signed between this lady and Prestige Lawn CareThis is complete harassment and a waste of our time

We have never received a signed contract back from the customerTherefore no service was ever rendered to her property The customer has never been bill for any service and we have never received any kind of payment from said customerWhy are we receiving a complaint from her?? Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI forwarded the BBC the contract as well as the emails surrounding it where I was advised someone would be dispatched during the week and that I would be billed at the end of the month.
