Review: On July 25 I put a $1000 refundable deposit via credit card on a Range Rover with [redacted], salesman at Prestige Land Rover, pending the return of financing numbers for purchase of the vehicle. We were unable to get the figures we were looking, which obliged us to put a significant down payment on the vehicle. After 48 hours I decided against the purchase of the vehicle.

After communicating 5 times via email with the salesman, the finance manager, the sales manager and the general sales manager I've been unable to have the $1000 deposit refunded.

I've also been informed by the Manager, [redacted] that the Purchase Order with proof of the transaction has gone missing. I've since provided a copy of my receipt as proof.

Manager, [redacted] who took responsibility for processing the refund and who apologized for the unprofessional conduct has since gone on vacation for 1 week and neglected to inform any of his colleagues on the matter. I've sought out the General Manager, [redacted] and have left him 2 voicemails and send him 2 emails to which I've received no reply.

For the largest Land Rover dealership in the country, their customer service is detestable.Desired Settlement: $1000 Credit Card Refund on / or before Wednesday August 20, 2014.
