This is the most I professional company I have even worked with. They gave the best price which, lesson learned, is clearly because of their terrible customer skills and work. They came out to replace concrete steps on the front of my house. They were NEVER on time and did not show up some days with no phone call or warning. I took me hunting them down to find out what was going on. At the end of the job they insisted on payment before the cement was completely dry. They said they had already wasted gas driving here a second day and could not come back just for payment. It is not my fault the job was not finished in one day. Maybe if they showed up on time they would have finished in a day. Against my better judgement I did pay them and I have now learned my lesson because 3 months later and weekly phone calls I am still trying to get them to come out for finishing touches that arose after the cement dried. Every time I mentioned an issue with their timeliness and work their response was we have a good price. That is no excuse for poor work or communication. I finally got them to commit to a 2 hour window for them to come fix the work and the guy doesn’t show AGAIN!!! I call and he says he may be there in an hour or two to look at it and come another day to fix. Ridiculous. Do not ever hire this company. It is worth it to pay a little more for professionalism and reliability.
