[redacted] Excavator from us for $23,000.00. .  As indicated with over 50+ photos and video of the machine online, machine was a running and working machine, not a piece of junk as indicated and viewed in attached video and pictures in the complaint.  The video clearly shows the equipment operating and good working machine. [redacted] from [redacted] viewed the photos and video of the machine operating and even said to our salesperson, “ the swing bearing must be loose but it is a good running machine’”  Our salesman response was “ Yes, it is a used machine and you’ll need to spend some money on it.”  That is why we sold it at $23,000.00 instead of market value of $37,000.00 The customer had over 8 conversations prior to the purchase along with admitting to viewing the video multiple times prior to purchase. He stated he was informed.   As stated to the customer, this is a used piece of equipment and may need additional work and was sold as is where is, no expressed or implied which is the norm of the industry.  The customer was encouraged to inspect and operate the equipment. The machine was working and operating at the time of pickup. The machine was not junk.  He paid $23,000.00 for machine whose market value is over $37,000.00. [redacted] from [redacted] understood and agreed to accept and comply with the terms and conditions of the machine.  Upon receipt of the funds, the customer agreed to the terms that were clearly indicated on his purchase agreement.   Prestige Equipment, Inc. has been in the heavy equipment business for 35 years plus selling quality heavy equipment at great prices. The customer was given videos, pictures and the opportunity to operate equipment prior to purchase. Once funds were received, the customer agreed to the terms. Therefore, I am demanding this complaint be immediately revoked at Revdex.com and any other locations such as social media and other websites to restore our sterling reputation upheld effective immediately and slanderous remarks removed.   Yours truly,   John P[redacted] President Prestige Equipment, Inc.
