Starting out from the contract signed date, permitting and architecture delays we had a schedule We had a sub contractor go out to start the demo and put in the new header Sub said he didn't want to do the tear out Customer said they wanted to cancel project We will look
at it and see and send him a statement In the contract there is a 25% fee if they cancel

Prestige Designs Office Manager, Jamie did contact us and secured a cashiers check for us in the refund amount requested. We received the check today and cashed it.
Jamie was understanding and professional in handling this matter.

Mr. [redacted] hired Prestige Design & General Contracting, Inc. to do some work of improvement on his property and failed to disclose the fact that he had previously violated several building requirements in regards to grading, tree removal etc... Prestige worked for months to try to resolve these...

issues created by Mr [redacted] in an effort to move forward with the project. Repeatedly Prestige would receive new information in regards to additional issues that pertained to demands made by the building department prior to working with Prestige. The deposit having been applied to the hours working with the building department to try and resolve the issues, along with drawing and specifications provided to the building department on numerous occasions. The funds were used in their entirety. Designers, construction production management, and upper level management all worked diligently in an effort to achieve Mr. Holcomb's goals of building. Mr. [redacted] has been billed for the hours of work which was performed in relation to this project. At this time there is no positive balance from which we may draw a reimbursement check. Prestige Design is no longer working on this matter due to the refusal of Mr. [redacted] to preform the tasks requested by building department officials.
