Astroid Management has administered my real estate holdings for over 30 years. I have found them to be efficient and has managed the properties with efficiency and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend them for property management.

This company has harassed me to pay for their water pipes not working and flooding my apartment.
They didn't pay for the damage I sustained, my insurance did because they know it was Astroid mismanagement that did that.

Astroid still thinks that they can blame on tenants their own mismanagement
And they will scare tenants with "you will have a bad credit review" if you don't.
Bad for immigrants which they pray on

Astroid manages a 33 suite apartment building for us. They keep it clean and fully occupied although the expenses have increased significantly in the last year.

They operate in a very professional and prompt manner. If issues exist, they resolve them promptly. Phone calls are generally returned within the next day. I would certainly recommend them as an organization to work with as we have for over 10 years.
