Review: prestige collision didn't finish the paint job on my 2000 silverado truck .I already pay them the full amount for the job ..on march 21 2014..(today is April 2014)-first they promise me to deliver on a date, went to pick up my truck .. I wasn't ready .this story repeats 3 times .finally at the 4th time I was able to pick it up . when I got home notice some paint peeling.-next a drove it back on the morning .manager toll me that job still not fully done he said that he was going to sand a buff the truck and when that happens he will re-paint the bumper . I was told to came back in a few weeks . after 2 weeks a came back .and the manager set up an appointment for 3 days after.bring the truck that day .he toll me that is going to take 2 days to do the job .came back after 2 days .and the truck hasn't being touch ..still park on the same spot . I was not happy at this point since is the only vehicle that I have .I had to walk and use the bus to go to work and move my self .. after this incident he offer me to call me back on 2 days ,he suppose to have a rental car ready .form me to use ,so he can do the job , but never happens .I warn him that if he doesn't call me I was going to file a complaint .. I hope this help me to settle this .Desired Settlement: I like to have a full refund if is possible or can have another shop finish the job .and they can give that amount plus wherever other money I have to spent on the process.(car rental , loose of work )
