Review: We left a pair of $400 sunglasses in the cab after our ride from Haverstraw, NY to Manhattan, NY. After we were dropped off and realized this, we called the dispatcher two minutes later (he dropped us off in NYC and wasn't a yellow cab so he had an hour+ to get back to Haverstraw, NY meaning nobody else was in there after us); he called the taxi, and then reported back that none were found. We're sure of it- we left them hanging behind the driver's seat in the seat back pocket. We were lied to and stolen from. Which I don't like one bit. So, no thanks and warning to others - this is a dishonest service. Also, when I asked to speak to the [redacted] or [redacted], the dispatcher told me that the driver (who hardly spoke English) was one of the [redacted]s.Desired Settlement: Give us back the sunglasses or give us $400.

Do not use this car service. All of their drivers illegally smoke in their cars and the dispatcher is rude. They insist upon taking the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel instead of one of the free bridges raising the cost of the fare. If you have breathing problems and want a clean well maintained car service with polite help, DO NOT USE THIS ONE.
