Prestige Car Rental

Manager Larry G and Cindy (refused to provide surname) cancelled our six (6) month long reservation for a rental car the day before our reservation and the day before Thanksgiving becuase another customer decided to prolong their rental car by one week. We reserved this car in June knowing that my mother needed transportation after heart surgery. This cancellation was done the day before we needed the rental car and, due to timing the day before Thanksgiving, did not allow us the opportunity to reserve another car because all other vendors in New York City had no rental cars.
