Our mission as our salon is to take really great care of our guestsWe refunded this guest the cost of the color service which was requested by her husbandWe were not aware that the guest wanted the whole service refundedWe did not see the actual extent of the service injury to the guest, and
completely honored the request over the phoneThe stylist apologizes of what happened due to the serviceWe will be happy to refund the entire amount, including the gratuityPlease call us back at *** so we can complete the rest of the refund.Sincerely,The Aveda Red salon

This matter has been resolved The owner of Prestige Automarket has credited my credit card and I am happy with the outcome I would like to withdraw my complaint Thank you for your time and willingness to help resolve this matter
