To whom it may concern,We have received a complaint from one of our customers that was submitted on 9/5/with assigned FD of ***Please find our response below:The money amount in question of $that the customer wants refunded has not been received by Prestige Auto Sales to dateWe are
including a screen grab of our PayPal account that shows that the $payment is still in PENDING status since 8/12/We are unable to refund fees that have not been processedThe customer has an open dispute with PayPal and if they win, we will be outpfour properly accounted for feesAs far as the "doc fee" comment, it is clearly indicated on our *** page, General Terms and Fees and Taxes sections, that the $fee is the "Buyer Fee" and there for was also charged in accordance of our policiesI have also included a print out of our Policies that are listed on ALL our *** auctions.It is our belief that we are in the correct here and there is nothing that we did or said which was inaccurate or misleadingWe at this time do not owe any additional refunds or returns.Please feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns.Sincerely,Prestige Management
