THEY HAS BEEN TO MY APARTMENT A FEW TIMES TO FIX MY FRONT ROOM AC UNIT AND MY STOVE THEY KEEP PATCHING STUFF UP AND IT STILL NOT WORKING LIKE IT SHOULD INSTEAD OR REPLACING IT. A RENTAL COMPANY SENT THEM A EMAIL ABOUT A VERIFICATION OF MY RENT LAST FRIDAY (8/7/2020) UP UNTIL TODAY (8/12/2020) AND HAVE YET TO GET A REPLY FROM PRESSLEY SOUTH END. THEY ALSO CHANGED THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND DID NOT INFORM ANY OF THE TENETS OF THIS CHANGE.
Finish the job I WOULD LIKE THEM TO SEND OVER MY RENTAL VERIFICATION
The A/C unit and stove were repaired last week. When maintenance went there today to follow up an adult was there to let maintenance know that everything was fixed. The person even called *** To ensure and verified that there was indeed no issue anymore. When it comes to the rental verification, we have not received one to complete.
