This business does not care about your laundry. They will lose your laundry and simply blame it on you that they had delivered it and YOU misplaced it. They will say their logs showed a drop off but will not show you the drop off log. They have cost me over $500 in suits because of their mistake that they won't even own up to. They have not even offered any type compensation for the loss. They are often days late with other types of dry cleaning, if it is part of a larger account and their indifference to your needs makes for very disappointing customer service. I am not the type of person who wants a handout but I also know that I handle my suits with extreme care and don't just lose them whimsically.
