I ordered two belts on September 18th and another in October as I thought the initial order had been cancelled. I emailed the company and got no response. I left messages and got no response. I ordered $75 in product and have yet to receive anything.

I ordered an Italy belt from them on July 21, 2017, with an order number of 3722. On August 3rd, I contacted them to see if my belt was mailed. Someone named *** got back to me and said he would check on it and to contact him after that weekend. That was the last time I received a reply. I have called numerous times with no one answering. I sent many emails inquiring, with no response. I have filled out numerous contact emails that the site provides. I get a email saying my request was submitted and someone will contact me shortly, but no one ever does. I paid through *** and have filled a complaint too. Today is September 6th and I have yet to receive the belt. I still want the belt sent to me. As well, I have checked my order status on their site and it says that it is now on hold.
