Review: Press Bistro at the Johnstown Pa,airport gave me food poisoning! When called to let them know if this, they didnt care at all, make no effort to even apologize, let alone refund my money for the meal, which is the least they could do. Not sure how else to file a complaint, since they dont care & wont refund my money, which is the least a restaurant can do after making someone so ill. The health dept really needs to be notified, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. That was the only food that I ate, that no one else in my family ate, so I know for a fact it was PRESS. I had a turkey sandwich & french fries, the french fries were so burnt & gross, they were clearly left over from lunch that day. The lettuce was old & brown/wilty.Desired Settlement: My money refunded at the very least. Also, an apology. Because you really shouldnt be in the food service/customer service industry if you cant at least say youre sorry to someone for your food making some so very ill.
