Presidio Veterinary Hospital

I loved going to Presidio Veterinary Hospital because of Dr. Loveland. She took care of my cat and two dogs. I took my 7 year old dog Miles there since the day I adopted him from the shelter. Then I got a puppy last year names Rockne. I live in La Mesa and took both my dogs to her. I bought a puppy package for around 500$ to make sure my puppy got all the shots he needed. I thought it was a great deal. Additionally, I recommended her to several friends and family member. We sent lots of business her way.

However, the doors have now been closed. I have requested my dogs records several times and even said I would come pick them up. However, I have not received my dogs records and am not sure how to go forward. I am so disappointed that we loved this vet and have not received any love in return. I understand that circumstances must be very bad to have to close your doors. I feel bad that they are closed and will miss Dr. loveland as our vet. However, if you love animals it is so important that you give owners their records. How do I find a new vet after 7 years of loyalty and now I have ZERO records for my dogs who have All their shots???? I am truly upset about this and feel that my family and I got left in the dust.
