Contractor was suppose to dismantle a carport, a job he never finished, and erect a 20x30 addition to my current metal building. The material from the carport was suppose to be used to build a carport onto the addition and not in the addition itself. The contractor deceived me into believing he was buying a pre-fab building from a company in Odessa TX. The website also advertises pre-fab engineered buildings. When the contractor put up the red iron for the building 41% of the metal was new Mexican steel, 30% of the metal was rusted used iron that looked like it had been salvaged from another job and 29% of the metal was from my carport. The building was unsound per the company I bought the replacement building from. The contractor offered to refund $5000, take down the red iron he had put up and finish taking down the carport. When he showed up to "make it right" he only had a check for $3000. I told him when he had the remainder of the $5000, he could come back and finish. The contractor has not refunded any of my money or returned any of my emails confirming his promise to "make it right".
