I am rejecting this response because:This is the response message I sent the manager, it gives my reason for rejecting his response. Hello Phillip,I have paperwork documenting that Presidio signed off and wrote in that a $check would be mailed to my mailing address that I provided and you clearly had on file as that is my correct mailing addressFurthermore it's upsetting that Presidio would turn me into collections when I never received a bill, yet you had my mailing address on fileYou should send a check for the full amount and I will be happy to send you the documents if needed
