The crew of five was excellent. They arrived on time were professional, courteous, diligent, and friendly. With all the vast/heavy furniture, there was no scratch or dent at either location - impressive! They surveyed both areas to use the best approach and understand where to place the items.

Super professional!!
These guys are great! I had to move across town to a third-floor walkup, and these guys are so good! The move was made in hours, and their pricing is excellent for this area. I highly recommend this company. The foreman and his team were super professional and lovely. I'll be calling them next time I move forward or sure!

Loved my experience working. Their communication about arrival time was excellent. When they started packing the truck, they moved quickly and efficiently. They took good care of every item I needed to be moved, wrapping it in furniture blankets and plastic wrap.

AMAZING. AMAZING. First of all, Johan was about spot on with his estimate, so there were no cost surprises. Second, the two movers he sent over were the most efficient, professional, honest, hard-working, and flat-out excellent movers I've ever seen. They were seriously incredible - everything was meticulously taken apart and rebuilt for me. They made a move smoother and more stress-free than I ever could have imagined. Recommend these guys!

I needed a last-minute job, as my movers dropped out last minute. I called Friday afternoon for a Monday move. Johan answered the phone, and I knew all would be taken care of. The two gentlemen who helped me move were INCREDIBLE. They were careful with my items, quick, friendly, and just all-around fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended!

Kelton and her crew did a great job on the packing. The next day, Gaylord and his crew performed the moving service, and they did a fantastic job with the move. They wrapped big furniture and securely moved them, ensuring they safely got to the destination, whether the storage unit or the apartment. They worked very efficiently and carefully. Although Presidential Van Lines may have a higher rate compared to some other moving companies, I would say it's worth it.

Although we didn't have a whole bunch of things, we had to do a fair bit of traveling to pick up some moving gifts from my parents. They were excellent and professional throughout the entire trip. They did a GREAT job ensuring these delicate items were kept safe. How much time total? 4 hours! To emphasize how excellent the customer service was, I also want to mention that I got a text from the company mid-move asking me how everything was going! I was astounded. I couldn't believe the level of service they ended up providing at reasonable rates. Highly recommended, and I will use them my next move for sure.
