I am rejecting this response because: they did not return my phone calls for months, till I involved Revdex.com Then they finally called It could have been so much easier and faster if they would return phone calls in a day or two of my calls to their business; instead of when a complaint was filed They were not helpful after roof installed to us or the other neighbors that used this company

On 8/after reviewing this file I called the customer and we were able to settle upon a final amount dueCustomer is happy with this arrangementWhen final payment is received lien will be released

PR went to the house of the plaintiff to find a flashing detail (this is a siding issue, we were not contracted for siding) was wrinkled. PR puts a beauty course of shingles on this section where the head wall comes underneath the siding to the roof. This is a decorative detail that naturally can...

look wavey due to the flashing. We addressed  this internally with our staff not returning the call or following through. I believe [redacted] was the salesmen for this specific job not I [redacted] and I didn't ask if he was getting calls either way we at PR take our customers very seriously. We did meet on site and address all issues and concerns. I believe this case should be closed? I ask that this would not be on our complaints since this is not an issue of workmanship or contract devotions but rather a simple miscommunication. I have 95 employees.. in Denver.. and other 25 in Houston. We can't possibly never not return a phone call but we always respond correctly when brought to our attention.
