Presidential Flowers

Review: I've been using presidential flowers to order flowers for the past three years. I ordered flowers on their website February 24. I was promptly billed for the flowers, however week went by without delivery. I have repeatedly called them without an answer and I sent them an email explaining that I would like a refund, but have yet to hear a response. I visited the store March 2nd but they were closed. Now their phone has been disconnected and I fear that they have closed, but still have my money.Desired Settlement: The flowers I ordered cost $59.34 (which included tax and delivery expense). The only reasonable resolution of this situation would be if I was refunded the entire amount of $59.34.
